ELEMENT 2.3 - HOUSEKEEPING
Learning objectives:
23) The participants can apply proper housekeeping when needed and segregate hazardous waste according to company specific procedures (Skills, intermediate level)
The instructor shall:
During practical training, pose questions about the participants' knowledge and awareness of hazardous waste, especially regarding oil spills and segregation of hazardous waste
Facilitate a discussion about the principles of proper housekeeping when needed and segregation of hazardous waste according to company specific procedures
The participants shall:
During all practical technical training, apply proper housekeeping when needed and segregate hazardous waste according to location specific procedures
Take active part in discussions about general procedures for handling hazardous waste and share their knowledge and experiences with such procedures
ELEMENT 2.4 - BASIC PPE
Learning objectives:
24) The participants can describe the basic PPE for working in wind turbines (Knowledge, basic level)
25) The participants can recognise the importance of basic PPE (Knowledge, basic level)
26) The participants can show interest in seeking out the required basic PPE, if this has not been provided to them, before initiating work (Ability, basic level)
The instructor shall:
Present and show examples of the basic PPE required for accessing and being in wind turbines (gloves, safety goggles, safety shoes or boots and working clothing)
