Any bidding disputes will be settled by the auctioneer. Any person attending the sale does so at his/her own risk. Neither the owner, nor any person connected to this sale assumes any liability, legal or otherwise. Semen Interest: We are retaining 1/3 semen interest on all bulls selling for in-herd use. Buyer has full possession and salvage value of the bull. Genetic Conditions: All bulls are guaranteed free from all known genetic conditions recognized by the American Angus Association and the American Simmental Association (as of March 24, 2026). Health: Birth: First Defense bolus, Ultrabac CD, Inforce 3 and Endovac-Beef Pasture Turnout: Ultra Choice 7, Endovac-Beef, MULTIMIN 90, Dectomax injectable Weaning: Ultra Choice 7, One Shot Ultra 7, Endovac-Beef, Resvac 4 Somubac, MULTIMIN 90 December: Clean-Up pour-on and MULTIMIN 90 April (TBA): Endovac-Beef All cattle have tested negative for PI-BVD. Feeding Program: Bulls have been developed on a 52 Mcal high forage ration with Amino Gain supplement. They have constant access to salt and trace mineral. Guarantee: We stand behind the bulls we sell and guarantee them to be sound, fertile and capable of natural service at the time of sale and delivery. If a bull is determined by a licensed veterinarian to be functionally infertile or incapable of natural service during the first breeding season, we will provide a suitable replacement bull if one is available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a sale credit equal to the purchase price minus salvage value, to be used at a future sale. No cash refunds will be issued. • A written statement from a licensed veterinarian must be provided describing the condition. • The bull must have been managed in a responsible manner with proper nutrition and care. • The guarantee does not cover death, injury, neglect, disease contracted after the delivery, or acts of God. Insurance: We encourage our customers to purchase insurance on the cattle. Insurance options will be available sale day. We can assure you your bid will be handled with integrity and your money handled like it is our own. If you do not like what was selected for you, we will keep the bull and you keep your money. Delivery: We offer free delivery to ND and surrounding states. Lunch: A complimentary beef lunch starting at Noon CST will be served at the Berthold Sportsman’s Club prior to the sale. Volume Discounts: When purchased by one buyer, discounts start with your 3rd bull as follows: 3 bulls = 3% discount; 4 bulls = 4 % discount; 5 = 5% discount, etc.

The bulls will be on display at Hall Stock Farm near Berthold, ND prior to the sale. The auction sale will be conducted at the Berthold Sportsman’s Club located on Main Street in Berthold. DV Auction will broadcast a video produced by Rafter H Ag prior to sale day that we will be using to conduct the sale instead of running the bulls through a ring. Inspection of Cattle: Cattle can be viewed at the farm any time on or before March 23, 2026.
