SIAN GARDINER - Business Director Sian’s recruitment experience spans over 25 years. She joined the Management Recruitment Group in 2011 as Head of Research responsible for co ordinating the search strategy across our Higher Education Practice. Since 2016 Sian has led the MRG University People Team who are responsible for the coordination and delivery of leadership and executive level appointments across professional services on behalf of our university partners.
