1. Introduction This method statement has been prepared and based on the information supplied by our client together with site inspection. Risk assessment and drawings completed by the competent person. All work shall be performed in accordance with: 1. The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 Reg. 3. 2. Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 3. BS 7121 Safe Use of Cranes and Lifting Operations Parts 1 and 3 4. Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 5. The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 Reg. 3 to 11
The above legislation is applicable to the UK. Local/national legislation shall be adhered to in countries where the above is not applicable
