Show respect to peers and staff Follow program rules and staff directions Use appropriate language Respect facilities and equipment

Sunscreen Policy

We ask that families apply sunscreen to their child before arrival at camp. Camp staff will remind campers to reapply sunscreen throughout the day If your child needs assistance with sunscreen application, a completed waiver is required before the start of camp

Physical aggression or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from camp. We strive to meet the needs of every child and will communicate with families if concerns arise. While we do not provide 1:1 support, we work collaboratively with parents to create a positive experience. The Community Center reserves the right to terminate enrollment if: A placement is deemed inappropriate for the child A mutually acceptable plan cannot be established Parent obligations are not met Physical or verbal abuse toward staff, campers, or families occurs Our goal is to ensure every camper enjoys a safe, positive, and memorable summer.
