Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program offers teens a hands- on, fun way to gain leadership experience this summer. CITs assist camp staff with daily activities, build meaningful relationships with campers, and receive guidance in leadership, communication, and problem-solving. We’re looking for energetic, caring individuals to join our summer camp team! Camp Counselors play a key role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our campers. You’ll lead activities, inspire creativity, and help campers make lasting memories, all while gaining valuable experience in teamwork, leadership, and child development.
