14) The participants can explain when PPE is required for working at height and their legal responsibilities towards inspection of PPE for working at height (Knowledge, intermediate level)
The instructor shall:

b. legislative requirements for PPE used for working at height
c. participants legal responsibilities towards PPE used for working at height
