ANCC FOUNDATION DID YOU KNOW?

Daniel’s Run Evolution Daniel’s Run was named for William O’Daniel, who in 1724 received a grant from Thomas, the Sixth Lord Fairfax, of 400 acres south of Accotink Creek and bisected by the current Blenheim Boulevard. The Run was originally a lazy, winding stream which flowed from its source at a spring near the current Fairfax City Hall to Accotink Creek. To learn more about Daniel’s Run, click here. ANCC Centennial Books We are pleased to report that our Centennial Commemorative book will be arriving in mid October and will soon be available for purchase! In addition to chapters recognizing Heroes We Have Known and our Congressional Medal of Honor recipients, the book offers a pictorial history of our property and the leaders who’ve helped shape the club. The book also celebrates our superb dining, golf, racquet and aquatics facilities while also paying tribute to our members and staff. An email with a link to pre-order books will be sent soon!
