ELEMENT 13.2 - THEORETICAL TEST
After having successfully completed this BTT Hydraulic module, participants will be able to:
a.
Pass the final test
The instructor shall:
Introduce the test to the participants, explaining the rules to be followed during the test
Conduct the test with the participants
Check the test results, and give feedback to the participants about the test result
In the event that a participant fails the test, conduct an interview with the participant according to the ‘Participant Performance Assessment’ section.
The participants shall:
Complete the test
LESSON 14 - TRAINING REVIEW

The aim of this lesson is to enable the participants to reflect on and process their learning outcome and key takeaways from the module, aiming to achieve a high learning transfer from the module to his/her way of working.
ELEMENT 14.1 - TRAINING REVIEW
The instructor shall:
Re-present the overall aims and learning objectives of the module for the participants’ comparison of their learning outcome and the achievement of their previously stated expectations for the module
The participants shall:
Reflect on their learning outcome and key takeaways from the BTT Hydraulic Module, aiming to achieve a high learning transfer from the module to his/her way of working by means of e.g.:
Group discussions or walk & talk
Questions & answers in class, or where suitable
