Lead a discussion and ask engaging questions about the importance of following manuals, company procedures and documentation requirements when encountering equipment faults and failures
Give constructive feedback on the participants on their performance during discussions
The participants shall:
Actively engage in discussions and answer questions about safety hazards commonly present when conducting bolt torquing using electric and hydraulic tools Actively engage in discussions and answer questions about rectifying typical faults and failures associated with energy powered bolt torquing equipment
Share understandings and considerations with instructors and other participants
Take responsibility for their learning by seeking guidance and clarification when in doubt
