The instructor shall:
Explain the purpose of checklist, work instructions, etc. (show an example of a checklist, work instructions, etc.)
Facilitate discussions with the participants about the importance of:
a. working according to the approved working practices (checklist, work instructions, etc.)
b.
completing a task properly before starting the next
c. performing toolbox talks every day to discuss the specifics about the work to be performed during the day
The participants shall:
