• TheTGA is statutorily authorized to review and approve promotions. The regs require that promotions be submitted for review at least 21 days in advance of the promotion. Management has not been timely submitting promotions. TheTGRA has sent informal reminders of the requirements as well as a guidance document. The problem persists. The TGRA has decided to address the problem through the issuance of an Order to Cure.
