Here is a Jefferson son out of a Brooks daughter that excels in performance. Almost 800 lbs. at weaning time, lot 17 is in the top 4% WW and 3% YW. He does this with a modest birthweight and an excellent phenotype. I believe the commercial cattlemen are going to like this bull, as he is dense made and deep bodied.

With this bull’s 800 lb. weaning weight, we expect him to add plenty of payweight while maintaining below breed average BW. Factor in his top 4% CW and 7% TSI, we think he has the potential to sire fat cattle that excel in a yield based system. His dam is a daughter of the heavily used Tank E108. That sire line is known to excel from weaning to yearling.

A true herdsire prospect that is impressive on paper and impressive phenotypically. He boasts almost 900 lbs. of weaning growth, to ratio 116, alongside top 2% WW, 2% YW & 1% TSI EPDs. Factor in his marbling EPD that ranks him in the top 25%, you have a bull that can produce both quality and red meat yield.
