DELIVERY Free nationwide delivery on bull purchases of $4,500 or more. We will begin to deliver bulls in the weeks following the sale. Heifers will need to be picked up as soon as possible following the sale, we will assist in making trucking arrangements if needed. First calf heifer pairs must be picked up from Little Timber Farms by April 1. GUARANTEE AND INSURANCE All bulls are guaranteed for fertility and breeding soundness through the first breeding season. If a problem should arise with the bull you purchase, please contact us. Insurance options will be available on sale day. HEALTH Bulls and females are on a complete health protocol through Elanco Animal Health and sell in A #1 condition. Bulls are guaranteed exportable to Canada. RETAINED INTEREST Retaining one-third revenue sharing interest in every bull in the sale. Full possession, two-thirds semen interest, and full salvage value is retained by the buyer.
