Human factors refer to an established science that uses many disciplines (like anatomy, physiology, physics, and biomechanics) to understand how people perform under different circumstances and environments
Feedback Instructor’s feedback should focus on what the participant must adjust to perform correctly. Feedback may involve dialogue, where the participant reflects on their understanding or performance. Group discussion Learning activity involving all participants. Group discussions may be conducted in smaller groups. The instructor should step back and only interfere to facilitate the experience exchange between participants. Optimal group size is 4 participants.
