Ade Olufade Always smiling and striving for more, he completed the dock to driver training program and is a huge asset to the DAL team. Over the past 11yrs, whether it’s on the dock or on the road, we can count on him to get the job done right. He is Married to his wife Rissi and they have 3 boys, Cephus 21, Joseph 17 and Joshua 15. Outside of work he enjoys reading, soccer and church. His goal is to retire from Averitt as a shuttle driver or front line leader.
Manny Martinez Being a team player is very important when it comes to working the dock, and we can always depend on him to complete any task with integrity. We love to hear that our associates want to retire with us and that is a goal of his. Outside of work he enjoys bowling and watching sports with his 2 sons. Keep up the great work!
Kenneth Green Here at Averitt, we strive to provide our associates with what they need to succeed outside of work. He hopes to get his CDL and drive with Averitt as well as build his dream home one day. His consistency and work ethic will get him there. Outside of work he enjoys working out, playing basketball, traveling and listening to music.

Michael Pierce Working with Averitt is amazing, but being able to come back a second time is a blessing. Since his return in 2019 he embodies the “Our driving force is people” motto and loves our Averitt culture. He is 47yrs married to his wife Sandra and they have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. He’s been driving for 35yrs and his words of wisdom to new drivers is, always limit distractions and watch your surroundings.
Martin Gerardo Personal accountability and great attitude is something that we can always expect from this 2yr City driver. He is married and has 5 children, and outside of work he enjoys cooking for his family. Every day he tries to learn and be better and his goal is to have an opportunity to be a front line leader in dispatch one day.
