he Christmas season is filled with “feel-good” moments and, thanks to social media, we all share in just a few more of them than we used to with the onslaught of viral and would-be viral videos that hit our newsfeeds starting in mid-October and holding strong and steady until the New Year's fireworks fade. Perhaps among the most heart- warming images that has come online recently and in increasing number is that of a brand-new homeowner receiving the keys to their brand-new home, courte- sy of a local housing advocacy group, church raffle, or, increasingly often, a warm-hearted real estate investor. “We did it for the first time in 2016 because we just felt like it was a great thing to do,” explained Toledo, Ohio, in- T
