The 28 townhome sales in January were down by 4 vs December 2019 but 15 above January 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 47% as Coquitlam’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The townhome benchmark price in January was $664,900, virtually unchanged from December and 1.1% lower vs January 2019. The average sold price was $768,704, with an average PSF sales price of $493 (4% lower and 2% higher, respectively, vs December).
