There were 1,035 condo listings in the Fraser Valley board area in January, 6% above last month but 23% below January of last year. At 248, condo sales were 21% lower in January than in December and 3% below January 2019. Decreasing to 24%, the board area’s condo sales-to- listings ratio reflected seller’s market conditions. The condo benchmark price in January was $408,400, 0.7% above December and relatively unchanged from January 2019. The average sold price was $390,781 (2% below December), while the average PSF sales price was $458 (0.7% above December).
