The number of condo listings in Langley, at 280, increased 23% month-over-month and rose 13% vs last year. January’s condo sales, at 46, were down by 19% from last month and 16% below this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 16% in January, as Langley’s condo segment transitioned to balanced market territory. The condo benchmark price in January was $405,900, relatively unchanged from December and a 0.7% decrease from January 2019. The average sold price was $409,822 (down 1.9% vs December) with an average PSF sales price of $422 (5% below December).
