The number of condo listings in North Vancouver rose to 225 in January, 23% higher month-over- month but 24% below January 2019. Condo sales decreased to 63, 15% lower month- over-month but up 54% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 28%, as the condo market for North Vancouver remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $558,300, was 1.6% above last month and relatively unchanged year-over-year. The average sold price of $616,898 was down 11% vs December, while at $773 the average PSF sales price decreased by 4% month-over-month.
