At 24, the number of townhome listings in Squamish were 26% above December but 50% below January 2019. Townhome sales, at 5, were down by 4 vs December and 2 lower year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio fell to 21% in January as Squamish’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. The benchmark price in January was $733,500, relatively unchanged from last month and 8% higher than last year. The average sold price was $667,400, while the average PSF sales price was $439 (down 8% and 15%, respectively, from last month).
