The sales-to-listings ratio for townhome product in Surrey decreased to 27% in January, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The benchmark price in January was $561,100, rela- tively unchanged from last month and 1.7% lower vs January 2019. The average sold price was $602,285 (2% above December), while the average PSF sales price was $388 (3% above December).
