The sales-to-listings ratio for townhomes slightly increased to 44%, as conditions in Vancouver East’s townhome market continued to favour sellers. The townhome benchmark price in January was $903,600, 3% above December and 7% higher year-over-year. January’s average sold price of $1.06M was 24% above last month, while the average PSF sales price was $745 (down 1.6% vs last month).
