The sales-to-listings ratio in January decreased to 7% as Vancouver West’s detached segment transi- tioned to buyer’s market territory. At $2.93M, the benchmark price for detached homes was relatively unchanged from December and 4% below January 2019. The average sold price of $3.48M was 3% above December and 6% higher vs January 2019.
