The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 13% in January as Vancouver West’s townhome market remained in balanced market territory. The benchmark price in January was $1.15M, 1.0% above last month and 2% higher than last year. The average sold price was $1.54M, while the average PSF sales price was $953 (up 15% and 0.5%, respectively, from last month).
