Month-over-month, condo sales fell by 19% in January (to 211), while year-over-year sales jumped by 59%. Decreasing to 22%, the sales-to-listings ratio remained in seller’s market territory. January’s condo benchmark price of $775,700 was 2% higher month-over-month but 1.0% below January 2019. The average sold price was $906,793 at an average PSF sales price of $1,046 (down 1.3% and up 1.5%, respectively, month-over-month).
