The 6 condo sales in January were 5 lower than last month and 1 below last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 7% in January, as condos in West Vancouver were favour- able to buyers. The condo benchmark price was $996,600 in January, 1.3% below December and 7% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.34M and the average PSF sales price was $1,003 (up 14% and 6%, respec- tively, vs December).
