n Improve student, staff, and family/community Climate and Culture Survey results around the sense of belonging and sense of safety n Improve SRSS-IE (SEL Screener) results around sense of belonging and SEL functioning n Reduce referrals to Tier 2 and Tier 3 SEL services n Increase staff attendance rates n Improve Staff Climate and Culture Survey results around sense of belonging and wellness n Improve Community/Family Climate and Culture Survey results around sense of belonging and sense of safety n Decrease students identified on the Student Risk Screening Scale-Internalizing and Externalizing (SRSS-IE) exhibiting internalized and externalized behaviors n Improve outcomes on stakeholder (students, staff and community members) on the Culture and Climate survey
