ROB: (laughs) Yeah, right! The truth is, Adam, we only came here to see how pathetic you are. Great job embarrassing yourself. Let’s go, babe. (Paige hesitates) I said let’s go, babe.
PAIGE: You know what? I don’t wanna go. I’d rather stay.
ROB: What? You can’t be serious! You wanna listen to this loser play some cringy music- when I got us four front row tickets to the hottest concert of the year? PAIGE: If you knew anything about me, Rob, you would know that I don’t even like hip hop. (Abby and Lyla gasp in shock)
ROB: Huh? What are you talking about?
ADAM: She likes the Beatles.
PAIGE: (smiles at Adam) Exactly! (to Rob) If you knew anything about me, Rob, you’d know that the first song Adam played was “Hey, Jude.” That’s one of my favorite songs of all time. I’ve never cared about hip hop. ROB: Well… okay! What am I supposed to do with these tickets then? You know how much money I spent on these?
PAIGE: Not everything is about money, Rob. (scoffs) You still don’t get it.
ROB: (laughs) Come on! Don’t be ridiculous!
ABBY: Yeah, Paige, let’s just go to the concert!
LYLA: It’ll be way better than hanging around here, that’s for sure!
PAIGE: I’m good, thanks.
