Central Washington University Board of Trustees May 19, 2023 Action – Academic Year 2023-2024 Tuition Increase Approval
Washington State law limits the amount that CWU is allowed to increase resident undergraduate tuition to the 14-year average of wage inflation, which is currently 3.0 percent. This Board has discretion on setting other types of tuition rates (non-resident undergraduate, resident, and non-resident graduate). We recommend a 3.0 percent increase for all tuition types (resident and non-resident undergraduate, resident and non-resident graduate) for academic year 2023-2024.
