How do you use data and technology to drive revenue and manage operations? What specific systems (POS, tee sheet, CRM) do you implement?

KemperSports is vendor-agnostic and works with nearly all major technology platforms. We allow the club and Board to select the systems that best fit their needs. The only exception is accounting software when KemperSports provides full accounting services, in which case Microsoft Great Plains is required. We maintain strong partnerships with platforms such as Jonas, Lightspeed, Club Prophet, and NBC Sports Next, among others. In addition, KemperSports utilizes proprietary systems including TrueInsightâ„¢ and TrueReviewâ„¢, which provide real-time feedback dashboards, member sentiment tracking, and benchmarking against both KemperSports and non-KemperSports clubs in the market. Our sales and marketing teams also leverage CRM and data tools to support member engagement, prospective member outreach, and event coordination, all with the goal of improving decision-making and the overall member experience.

How do you assist in the hiring process for our staff?

Our hiring philosophy begins with a strong commitment to retention and development of existing staff. Stability and familiarity are critical in a private club environment.

When hiring is required, KemperSports uses a multi-channel approach. Entry-level and hourly roles are sourced locally, while leadership and specialized positions are marketed nationally through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, PGA resources, and internal KemperSports career postings. Positions below senior management are typically hired by KemperSports, while senior leadership roles are coordinated by KemperSports but interviewed and selected with Board involvement and approval.
