Step 5: Final Walkthrough and Certification
Once all the work is completed, we perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets our standards. During this walkthrough, we:
Confirm that all keys work properly in their respective locks. Verify the functionality of all appliances, systems, and fixtures. Ensure the property is clean, safe, and ready for tenant occupancy. Document the property’s condition with photos.
Step 6: Marketing and Tenant Screening With the property prepared, we create a tailored marketing plan to attract ideal tenants. This includes: Photos and descriptions for listings. Online advertising across multiple platforms. Thorough tenant screening, including background checks, credit history, and income verification. Virtual staging, if applicable.
