75 604 99 Coalition 504 was a twin to another bull calf so he had to share the groceries with his brother. He’s been steadily catching up with his bull mates this winter. He is moderate framed and thick made and has the most growth numbers of any bull in the sale. 504’s Rainfall dam is a power cow. Charcoal 559 is the youngest bull in the offering but has done well within his contemporary group and has a lot of maternal strength behind him. His dam D12, hails from the Lady Viking cow family and is now ten years old and still pro- ducing. Her dam, Y18 produced to age 13 and a full sister to her dam, Z214 is still in production at 14 yrs. Their mother, Lady Viking W52 produced here for 12 years also! I think it’s safe to say there is some longevity built into this guy. We submitted the wrong birth date to the association so his ad- justed wean weight and yearling weight had to be removed last minute from the catalog. 559 ranks genomically in the top 15% for WW, YW and HP. Top 20% for Docility, top 5% Claw and 25% for Angle and of course top 10% for Function- al Longevity. Cows only.
