Her Grand dam is very easy fleshing and her Broken Bow dam is fertile and productive. 517 is sired by the ST Genetics maternal power bull Eternity, who has been praised for his tremendous phenotype, impeccable structure, and flawless feet. His first calves have been highlights of many sales this seaon. Rita 517 ranks in the top 18% CED, 15% BW, 26% WW, 9% Claw, 3% CEM, and 18% Marbling. A lot of mater - nal comes through both sides of the pedigree on this poten- tial brood cow.

About our herd... The Skeeter Creek herd is enrolled in the AAA Maternal Plus AAA Maternal Plus program. All calves are reported to the associa- tion through this program and all dams are given disposal reasons/reason no calf when applicable. This gives us more early information on our calves as well as a more accurate view on production and performance with- in our herd. The AAA started a functional longevity EPD (FL) in 2024, and we are happy to report that almost every cow was above breed average for this trait. The association more recently released teat and udder EPD for the Main Sire List and Maternal Plus herds and once again our herd scored well above breed average for these traits.
