Apprentices have access to a powerful support network including a mentor, a role model, an expert to provide specialist advice, fellow team members and a big friendly apprentice community. The bank also have a hybrid working model, meaning apprentices work from home and study at college or university, spending a minimum of two days a week with their team at one of the incredible campuses. If candidates have A-levels or Highers, they can join the four-year programme. Barclays are recruiting apprentices for their Technology, Operations, Retail Banking, Human Resources, Compliance, Finance and Risk business areas. The application process is designed to bring out the best in candidates. There are no trick questions, and support is provided at every stage.
