The Degree Apprenticeship in Business Leadership and Management Practice at EY is a three-year programme beginning in September 2025. Apprentices will study for a Business Management Degree at Northumbria University and will earn Chartered Manager status from the CMI. They will be working on client projects to manage risks and improve processes in areas like anti-money laundering, financial advice suitability, and cybersecurity. The programme combines one day of weekly study alongside hands-on experience at EY’s Consulting Service Delivery Centre. The firm offers further qualifications in related fields for a comprehensive foundation in business leadership. In addition, EY also offers a Digital and Technology Degree Apprenticeship. This is a four-year programme starting in September 2025. Apprentices will work towards a BSc in Digital and Technology Solutions from training provider BPP. Working in Assurance, Consulting Service Delivery, Risk Consulting, or Technology Consulting, apprentices will specialise in areas such as Data Architecture and Integration; Solution Engineering and Development; Data Science; Technology Operations and Service Delivery or Cyber and Information Security. This apprenticeship enables tech-savvy students to help clients find new ways of using data and the latest technologies to enhance performance and increase efficiency. Approximately 20% of their time will be spent on learning activities and 80% will be on client projects.
