As part of a global network of independent firms, they offer Audit, Consulting, Deal Advisory, Tax & Law and Technology services. KPMG offers a range of apprenticeship programmes designed to suit all career paths. Apprentices are provided with the opportunity to gain a professional qualification, as well as experience working with industry experts to develop the skills needed for an exciting career. There are opportunities for apprentices across KPMG’s business areas in audit, business services, consulting, tax, and law. The programmes last from two to six years, during which apprentices are supported to achieve the most relevant professional qualifications and accreditations such as AAT, ACA, CIMA, SQE, or a Level 3 Business Administration. These qualifications are fully funded by KPMG whilst all apprentices earn a salary of £23,000-£25,000 dependant on the office location. KPMG wants its apprentices to grow and develop, encouraging continuous learning that will last a lifetime. Programmes kick off with an immersive induction to get familiar with the world of work and gain more of an understanding about the work KPMG do. As well as a rich learning curriculum, they offer formal and informal training plans along with networking opportunities, mentorship, and the chance to learn from peers. Throughout the programme, apprentices will benefit from the full support of a rich network at KPMG, and are given dedicated study time to ensure their professional and personal growth.
