I know it can be tough right now with what you are going through but please listen to the advice I am going to give you. Step 1, put in the work. If you do not, then you will not recover properly and will have a longer stay here. Some of you may want to go home or somewhere else, and you will eventually, if you try hard and put the work in. Step 2, put yourself out there. Your time here is going to be for a decent length so definitely talk to other patients and staff members. Everyone is here for you! The last tip is something that worked for me. This is going to most of the groups, if not all.
