Her D/O experiences include the Permian Basin, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Wyoming and New Mexico. The years have brought many special projects which Joyce particularly enjoys. One of the most interesting was a project she led converting the million page division order file room to scanned images that BP is still using today. Joyce and husband, Keith, have been married for 35 years and have two sons. They enjoy traveling (Hawaii is their favorite destination) and entertaining their 3-year old white lab, Sierra. SADOA’s February meeting featured Candace Nees, Talent Optimization Consultant with Williams Companies, speaking on “Prioritizing Workload: How to Defeat Time Robbers”. She has enjoyed the Division Order field for 28 years, starting out with Amoco, which is now BP
President: Kaprice Pearson Kaprice Pearson is a Senior Division Order Analyst with Concho Resources, LLC. She has worked in the oil & gas industry for a number of years but began working as a division order analyst 6 years ago. She loves that division order work brings new challenges and adventures every day and feels very fortunate to work with such a great group of people. Kaprice has served on the PBADOA board as Vice President in 2017 and Treasurer in 2016. She is the 2018 PBADOA Director on the NADOA Board and is excited to represent PBADOA on the national level. The January 18 PBADOA luncheon was held at the Midland Country Club, where Mr. Bryce Cason, RPL Landman with Concho Resources, LLC, started off the new year with a great presentation on Relinquishment Act Land and Leasing in Texas. For our February luncheon, we were excited to host Clay Roberts, Landman with Legacy Reserves Operating LP, who spoke on New Mexico Communization and Unit Formation.
