2018 Q1

Pointers from the Planners • Get involved, offer to teach a class, answer surveys so that we know what members want. • Bring a tablet or laptop with the Institute Program already downloaded, so that Wi-Fi in the Conference space is not an issue or possible extra cost for you.

• Pack a few snacks and bottled water in your luggage to keep in your room.

• Attending alone? Check out the NADOA Information booth, attend ice breakers and sit next to someone you don’t know in classes and meals.

• If you are attending with a group, help others feel welcomed to our events.

• Guest room not cleaned to your standards? Call the hotel and have them take care of any issues you might have. That’s what they are there for. • In the classrooms, please do not leave empty spaces as fire code limits how many people/chairs are allowed.
