You may reserve three days prior and/or three days after the event and take advantage of this special rate. Children under 12 stay with their parents free, but any adult/older child occupancy more than two is subject to an additional charge of $30 per person, per night. Check-in is at 4pm, check out is at 11am, early and late is available subject to hotel approval and fees may apply. On-site parking is $15 daily, valet is $32. Airport shuttle is available for $19 (one way) from 5am-7pm by reservation. Room rates are for single or double occupancy, include the $18 resort fee, and are subject to 15.25% tax plus a $2.50/night city occupancy fee and you will be charged a 1 night deposit upon reserving your room: Your resort fee includes the following: two bottles of water per day, a Resort Savings Card, wireless internet access in guest room, lobby and atriums, fitness center and pool access, local and toll-free calls (up to 20 minutes) and access to the scheduled complex shuttle. Please note your internet access does not include service in the meeting rooms. We also have a special 10% discount at the Relache Spa. The hotel concierge will happily assist with tour arrangements, shuttle schedule, and even acquire tickets to the Grand Ole Opry, the Ryman Auditorium or a Titans game.
