(BRC) , a leading corporate and industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, announced Five Stars Warehousing has fully-leased for 10 years 152 Ridge Rd. in South Brunswick, a 211,450 s/f industrial property. BRC senior vice president Leo Esses represented the landlord, JMJMunchkins. BRC senior vice presidents David Blitt and Robert Sager and vice president Peter Ander- son represented the tenant. “We’re happy to provide a service that will benefit both the landlord and tenant,” noted Esses. “We had significant activity and several previous offers but we feel we landed the right tenant who could take ad- vantage of the existing racking system with over 14,000 pallet positions, the rooftop solar sys- tem and the convenient Exit 8A S DMR Architects celebrate formal WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ — Monmouth Univer- sity and DMR Architects recently celebrated the grand opening of the school’s new multi-functional, Pozycki Hall. DMR designed the new building, named for Mon- mouth alumnus and Univer- sity trustee Steven Pozycki and his wife Elaine to accom- modate the Leon Hess Busi- ness School and the Kislak Real Estate Institute with enhanced learning spaces. The 20,000 s/f, two-story building will house faculty offic- es, common areas, classrooms, conference rooms, and a 175- seat auditorium, which will be used for campus events. It also features an exterior landscaped terrace with seating that is open to all faculty and students. “Above and beyond the bricks and mortar of this building, it represents an enhanced qual- ity learning environment for our students,” said Donald Moliver, dean of the Leon Hess Business School. “Visitors are consistently impressed with the space and its aesthetics.” The dedication of Pozycki Hall is part of Monmouth University’s Founders’ Day celebrations, but the building has been open to students and faculty since the semester be- gan in September. n dedication of Pozycki Hall
