Pictorial endpapers. Colour frontispiece with three further colour plates, in addition to numerous line drawings throughout the text. A near fine copy in a very good dustwrapper. [43950] £1,750 South-West Wind, Esquire is a mischievous, magical character who visits the Black Brothers at the onset of the story, and marks the beginning of their misfortune.
