Cette gamme de plats professionnels en acier inoxydable de haute qualité offre un choix complet de tailles et de profondeurs. Acier inoxydable 304 et EN631 avec un calibre de 0,8 mm. Standard et perforés, ces plats extrêmement durables peuvent être utilisés pour cuire, stocker, réchauffer, surgeler, le transport et la présentation. Ils peuvent passer du four au congélateur ou au bain-marie. Ils sont adaptés pour les fours combinés.
