Anderson & Vreeland Elisa Ortega has been promoted to Inside Sales at Ander- son & Vreeland Inc. (A&V), a manufacturer and distributor of flexographic print technologies, equipment, and consum-
ables. The promotion was announced by Tyler Thomas, National Sales Man- ager of Anderson & Vreeland Inc. In her new role, Ortega will work closely with A&V’s Account Managers to drive the company’s growth mission by cultivating new business through prospecting, incoming lead nurturing,

organic account growth, and total account management. She will collaborate with the outside sales team to en- hance customer touchpoints, building strong relationships with customers and addressing their needs. Previously overseeing the customer service (CSR) team, Ortega ensured operational productivity and work- flows aligned with A&V and customer requirements. She identified areas for improvement, addressed inefficien- cies, and played a key role in business management for re- curring issues. Additionally, she managed price increases, generated notifications, produced reports for customers and sales, and coordinated cross-training within the team. Barry-Wehmiller Doug Neal has been appointed Vice President of Continu- ous Improvement for Barry-Wehmiller and will lead the ef- forts to reboot the organization’s dedication to operational excellence. Neal brings over three decades of experience Most recently, Neal worked at Rev- vity (formerly PerkinElmer), where he held roles such as Senior Director, Glob- al Lean; Senior Director, Planning and Logistics; and Senior Director, Service Operations. INX Blair Welch has been named Managing Director for Aus- tralia and New Zealand for INX International. A 32-year printing industry veteran, Welch is working with local distributors and developing new business in the Australasia region, which also includes some nearby is- lands in the South Pacific Ocean. He is based in Auckland, New Zealand. Doug Neal in operations and continuous im- provement across diverse industries, spanning from healthcare to manufac- turing, making him a pivotal addition to the leadership team.
