We design and build our products to be heirlooms that wear their history proudly. To ensure the long-term integrity of your bag, we offer a refurbishment service free of charge. You may send back your bag to get the leather conditioned, the edge coating touched up, a zipper pull replaced, or the stitches tightened. Please do not hesitate to call with further inquiries.
