Increased Referral Bonus In addition to our BRG announcement, we’ve also rolled out enhancements to our Referral Bonus Program. We’ve revamped the program because we truly believe that employee referrals are crucial to bringing in the best talent. Our goal is to attract and retain top-notch team members and to support this we’re increasing the total referral bonus amount from $500 to a whopping $2,500! Check out the details on C&B CONNECT. A reminder: for the bonus to be paid out, the applicant MUST list the referring employee on their applications. These initiatives embody our core values to SERVE. This initiative is a testament to our dedication to diversity, empowerment, and professional growth. The Connect Women’s BRG aims to create an inclusive space where women in business can thrive and flourish. Our mission, “Empowering Women to Thrive,” is rooted in the belief that by elevating, educating, and empowering women, we strengthen our entire community. We invite all employees to join us on this enriching journey toward professional excellence and empowerment. As we embark on this exciting venture, we have a lineup of engaging events and programs planned to inspire, educate, and unite us all.
