CORE DISTRIBUTION NI CELEBRATES 10 YEARS IN BUSINESS... CoreDistributionNI

C ore Electrical Distribution Northern Ireland is celebrating a decade of success thanks to its dedicated team and continued support from wholesalers and contractors alike. Part of the Core Electrical Group, the Northern Ireland based company was set up after a request was made by Core’s long standing manufacturing partners, Marshall Tufflex and CMD who were looking to have a presence in Northern Ireland. Managing Director of Core Distribution NI, Adrian McGarrity, conducted market research into this proposal and a short time later, premises were secured, and a team was formed, working from Unit 4 Duncrue Industrial Park, Belfast. Primarily, the aim of the company was to re-establish Marshall Tufflex and CMD Powerplan products back into the Northern Irish market. Adrian explained, “Finding the right people and securing the right location for our Belfast warehouses

were our two main priorities, then providing good local technical support which helped give our customers the confidence to trust us with their project or stock orders. The company has witnessed steady growth in the last 10 years with Atkore
