D eveloping products that set new standards, DEHN has developed the new DEHNventil which is smaller, stronger and more reliable than its predecessors. This fourth-generation product is a compact single module and remote signalling unit that demonstrates its strengths in a size equivalent to 4 x standard DIN modules. DEHNventil scores with a follow current extinguishing capability of up to 100kArms and a low residual energy thanks to integrated RAC spark gap technology. There are many advantages to the upgraded product including more space in the switchgear cabinet. This means extra space for extra components and installation and wiring are made much easier. Furthermore, the small design provides new opportunities for optimally exploiting the available space.
